The 666 on her forehead confounds me, but I'm still trying to figure out... what she did again? Oops? I don't think she accidentally shaved her head. Nor, to my knowledge, has she done it more than once. So... unless she's actually joined a cult multiple times and I just didn't hear about it, this tattoo doesn't make any sense.
Plus, like all "fad" tattoos, you know that in 20 or 30 years no one will know who Brittany Spears is, but you'll still have a picture of what is apparently a female neo nazi lamenting her return to the cult on your arm. Nice going.
